All of the recipes are vegetarian-friendly🙌 The only recipe that includes meat is the chanterelle pie, but you can easily make it without meat. The recipes are made with classic Finnish ingredients like butter, eggs, flour, milk, etc. Some of my students have successfully substituted regular flour with gluten-free flour—it works beautifully. 4.
