Hei Yinpong! Yesterday I was reading through comments and forums about learning Finnish. And honestly? It made me mad. "Finnish is impossible." "Why even try? They speak English." "The grammar is a nightmare." This is so bad. Who learns anything in that kind of environment? Imagine learning to ride a bike while people yell, "You'll never do it!" It doesn't motivate you. It makes you want to quit. Here's the truth: Finnish isn't impossible. But the internet might make you think it is. I believe in a different kind of learning space, one built on Finnish positivity. Where we focus on progress, not perfection. That's why back in January 2018, I shared my very first tip about spoken Finnish - how we actually talk here in Finland. Not the textbook version.
